Palisociety, a real estate development and hospitality operating company, has opened a new 82-room hotel at 417 Stockton Street in San Francisco, US.

Situated in the Union Square area of San Francisco, the hotel has been reimagined to appeal to a range of clients.

The hotel features newly designed guest rooms, exterior façade and common reception space; a loft-style restaurant, lounge and liquor bar in 2,900ft2 on second floor.

The rooms in the hotel range in size from 150ft2 to 400ft2, including a two-bedroom suite, king and queen accommodations.

Each room features Palisociety bath amenities, black Smeg refrigerators, Nespresso machine and an in-room tablet with curated neighborhood guide.

Palisociety said the hotel’s design emphasises a mix of classic and contemporary California-Centric styles, highlighted by wood paneling, ceramic tiles, a soft color scheme and mixed-matched furnishings and fixtures.

Palisociety founder Avi Brosh said: “Being a California-based company, San Francisco is a natural expansion for our brand and when the opportunity to be a part of this property’s rich history presented itself, we jumped on it.

“In the tradition of all prior Palihotels, we are excited to bring San Francisco a true independent neighborhood hotel that is extremely well located, has bona fide design chops, and offers a great value.”

Palisociety acquires, develops, owns and operates hotels and residences. The company’s brands, development and operational expertise also includes specialised retail spaces, restaurants, bars and event venues.

The company has so far developed more than 2 million ft2 of real estate, including rental, for-sale, mixed use, and hospitality properties.
