Paséa Hotel & Spa, a luxury hotel in Huntington Beach, California, US, has undergone a $5m refurbishment of its dining offerings.

The hotel is under Pacific Hospitality Group’s lifestyle and luxury hotel brand Meritage Collection.

It has 250 ocean-view guest rooms and 34,000ft² of meeting space.

The latest overhaul has introduced Lōrea, a new restaurant inspired by the state’s coastal cuisine, and revitalised its rooftop lounge, now rebranded to Treehouse on PCH.

Lōrea offers an open-air dining setting, featuring walnut dining tables, booths, a community table, and a 77ft-long stone bar.

The outdoor lounge area includes a firepit.

Lōrea’s menu features signature dishes such as Duck & Goat Charcuterie and Spicy Little Gems Salad, as well as a variety of seasonal offerings and speciality desserts.

The restaurant also provides tableside experiences and serves breakfast, weekend brunch, and a curated cocktail menu.

Treehouse on PCH, the hotel’s rooftop lounge, has been redesigned to include comfortable deep-seated sofas, teak daybeds, and a DJ booth.

The updated menu at Treehouse on PCH includes an array of speciality cocktails, alongside a selection of beer, wine, and ‘free-spirited’ non-alcoholic options.

Additional amenities include the Aarna Spa, a fitness studio and a swimming pool.

Pacific Hospitality Group food and beverage director Vincent Savignano said: “Paséa has long established itself as the quintessential Southern California escape – with unmatched ocean views and year-round programming.

“As the newest dining concepts in Huntington Beach, Lōrea and the refreshed Treehouse on PCH elevate the epicurean experience on-property and make Paséa a true culinary destination, while simultaneously raising the bar for the restaurant scene in Orange County.”
