Peachtree Group has completed a comprehensive renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson, a 98-room property included in the company’s Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment programme.
The recently finished works aim to strengthen the hotel’s position within the West Tennessee market, according to Peachtree Group.

The renovation involved a range of updates throughout the property. All guest rooms, including seven units compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, now feature new finishes, enhanced lighting, updated furniture, and connected-room entertainment systems.
Public spaces such as the lobby, Garden Grille & Bar, and meeting areas have been refreshed with contemporary fittings, new furnishings, and upgraded lighting.
Additional improvements include the expansion of “The Shop” market concept, a renovated pool deck, new fitness equipment, and enhanced corridors and guest laundry facilities.
The company stated that the upgrades are part of its capital allocation approach, with targeted reinvestment intended to support occupancy rates, rate growth and operational efficiency. Improved marketability and a focus on risk-adjusted returns were also cited as aims of the project.
Peachtree’s DST programme president Tim Witt said: “This renovation underscores our focus on active asset management and disciplined reinvestment. We are enhancing asset quality and positioning the property to continue its leading position within the market.
“In today’s environment, value creation is driven by execution, not just acquisition. For our investors, that means focusing on the levers we can control, improving operations, enhancing the physical asset and positioning for long-term cash flow and exit value.”
The Hilton Garden Inn Jackson is located close to Union University and a variety of shopping and dining options.
The area benefits from an economic base that includes healthcare, manufacturing, and regional tourism.
In April, Peachtree Group announced the approval of the I-956F application by US Citizenship and Immigration Services for its planned 116-room Homewood Suites by Hilton project in Sugar Mountain, North Carolina.
