Located in the US state of Wisconsin, Potawatomi Casino Hotel is spread across more than 1.1 million square feet, providing gaming, dining and entertainment.

The new POS systems from Agilysys Hospitality Core Collection combine interactive terminal and tablet touchscreen applications for Android, Windows and iOS devices and come with information security for data protection.

It also includes advanced reporting and analysis features, enterprise-grade menu and item configuration options and multiple language support to improve service and operational efficiency.

Potawatomi Casino Hotel has stated that the installation of POS systems from Agilysys Hospitality Core Collection has allowed its staff to offer improved experiences.

The 19-storey hotel is operated and owned by the Forest County Potawatomi Community and serves more than six million guests annually.

It features 500 rooms, including 75 suites offering views of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee skyline, as well as full-service catering for social and corporate events.

The dining options at the hotel include the Potawatomi Marketplace, Dream Dance Steakhouse, Canal Street Café and RuYi, an Asian noodle and sushi bar.

Additionally, it provides gaming facilities such as slot machines, bingo, table games and a temporary sportsbook, as well as entertainment at on-site venues, including Bar 360 and the 1,500-seat Potawatomi event centre.

The investment in mobile food and beverage ordering and kiosk systems by Agilysys is claimed to have enabled the 3,000-employee hotel to enhance the experience for its guests and staff and led to improved reviews, higher satisfaction and increased on-property spending.
