Quality Lodgings has selected hospitality cloud platform Mews to enhance guest experience and operations across its portfolio of more than 100 hotels.

According to HospitalityNet, Mews has been chosen for its fully integrated POS system.

This system provides improved operational control for hoteliers and guest experience.

System features include digital ordering, integrated payments, and real-time reporting, which tracks the performance of a single location or a multi-chain group.

It also offers connected inventory for enhanced stock management efficiency.

Additionally, orders can be charged to the guest profile directly in Mews Operations, creating a single source for monitoring expenditures and actions.

The latest announcement comes after Mews announced its acquisition of hospitality startup Nomi, last month.

Mews CEO Matt Welle said: “Quality Lodgings really understands the value of personalised hospitality, and Mews is the perfect platform to provide these remarkable experiences.

“It’s brilliant to have so many Quality Lodgings hotels already trusting Mews, and we look forward to welcoming more in the coming months.”

Mews already powers 30 hotels within the Quality Lodgings brand.

Additionally, all Quality Lodgings hoteliers receive access to exclusive rates through the partnership.

Quality Lodgings is a collection of independent hotels spanning nine countries in Europe, including France, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands.

In April 2023, Mews acquired Hotello, a cloud property management system solution for hotel properties.

Currently, Mews Hospitality Cloud serves over 3,500 properties spanning more than 80 countries.

Mews’ list of customers includes Accor, The Social Hub, Generator-Freehand, The Strawberry Group, Life House and Airelles.
