Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has opened a new Radisson Blu brand property in Durban, which represents the group’s 14th South African hotel.
The property is located in Umhlanga, which is Durban’s affluent residential and entertainment hub.

Dining venues include FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar, which caters North American inspired open flame cuisine with a variety of beers and beverages.
The Coffee Lounge on the ground floor serves freshly brewed coffee and homemade baguettes from the in-house bakery, and the Pool Bar offers a selection of light snacks and refreshing cold drinks.
The upscale hotel boasts eight elegant meeting and conference venues equipped with video conferencing capabilities and free high-speed Wi-Fi, a 600-seat ballroom and an outdoor terrace that can serve up to 340 guests.
Other guest amenities at the hotel include an outdoor pool, a kids play area, an executive business lounge, and a fitness centre.
