Radisson Collection, a premium lifestyle hotel brand by Radisson Hotel Group, has made its entry into Spain.

The new Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla forms part of Radisson Hotel Group’s growth plan to have more than 20 hotels in Spain within the next five years.

Located in the heart of Seville and on the doorstep of royal palaces, theatres and museums, the new property features 89 rooms including five suites, a pool, solarium, gym and two exclusive restaurants.

Radisson Hotel Group CEO Federico González said: “Radisson Collection brings together emblematic hotels in unique locations worldwide that stand out for their exceptional style and authenticity. They are designed to be different in each of the cities where they are located such as Moscow, Milan, London, Copenhagen, Bodrum and Shanghai.

“Seville is a perfect destination to introduce the first property of this brand in Spain”.

The hotel, which entirely runs on renewable energy, features bronze fittings, translucent glass, marble and parquet floors.

Architecture and design studio Borgos Pieper designed the hotel by transforming the Plaza de la Magdalena in the historic centre of Seville.

The hotel is situated a few minutes away from many Seville attractions including the Santa Maria Magdalena Church, Plaza Nueva’s luxury shopping area, and the Museum of Fine Arts.
