Developed by APPL Group and managed by Mandala Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Perth forms part of SCQ, a mixed-use site that combines residential, commercial, and lifestyle facilities.
The property is positioned for access to key office areas, healthcare services, educational institutions, retail, and dining venues. It is also near transport links and Perth Airport.
It will provide 120 rooms and studios, as well as a rooftop bar and restaurant, meeting spaces, and a swimming pool.
Its location is expected to cater to both corporate and leisure guests year-round, given its links to central Perth and surrounding commercial centres.
Radisson Hotel Group Australasia development director Danilo Curcuruto said: “We’re delighted to bring the Radisson brand to this exciting precinct. Radisson Perth is a strong addition to our growing presence in Australia and reflects our focus on partnering with high-quality developments in key urban locations.
“We are particularly pleased to mark our entry into Western Australia with such a prominent project, in partnership with APPL Group, whose vision and commitment to delivering a standout precinct have been instrumental in bringing this opportunity to life.”
The signing of Radisson Perth forms part of Radisson Hotel Group’s ongoing plan to grow its presence in Australasia by selecting sites that meet the needs of owners, guests and investors.
In March 2026, Radisson Hotel Group signed an agreement to launch its first internationally branded resort in Kalimpong, West Bengal, India.
