Hospitality management, development and investment company Raines has expanded its presence in Charleston, South Carolina, US, by adding the Cambria Charleston Riverview to its management portfolio.
This addition marks the company’s seventh property in the Charleston area and initiates a partnership with the hotel’s owner RREAF Holdings.
RREAF Holdings chairman and CEO Kip Sowden said: “For a variety of reasons, we’ve decided to partner with Raines on this property. The Raines team sets itself apart with its deep understanding of the Charleston market, the personalised approach of its leadership, and strong ties to the local community.
“We’re looking forward to witnessing everything Raines brings to the table.”
The 126-room Cambria Charleston Riverview includes newly upgraded spaces, an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, a sundry shop, and meetings and events facilities.
This hotel’s restaurant, Ripley Bar & Grill, offers a menu inspired by traditional Southern cuisine.
