Lucknow-based Saryu Ratna Hotel & Resort has signed a franchise deal with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to open a new hotel in Uttar Pradesh, India, under the Ramada Encore by Wyndham brand, as reported by ETHospitalityWorld.com.
Expected to open in 2026, Ramada Encore by Wyndham Ayodhya Takpura will be located in the city of Ayodhya.

This signing will further strengthen our presence in the state of Uttar Pradesh, with six operational hotels and four additional properties under development.”
The property will offer 62 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, along with a banquet hall, a business centre and meeting rooms.
