It includes 153 rooms and 24 residences.
Jayasom is part of AMAALA’s wellness zone on the Red Sea coast, developed as an area centred on rest and recovery.
Facilities and services cover health, fitness, physiotherapy, nutrition, spa and beauty. These are supported by consultations, movement sessions and daily activities.
Programmes are structured around personal objectives, including women’s health, couples and family well-being, and health, weight and lifestyle reset.
Food is also part of the concept, with eight dining outlets intended to support balanced routines.
The property has separate areas for adults-only wellness stays and for families.
Its residential element, the Jayasom Residences, includes a small number of beachfront villas with two to four bedrooms, private pools and sea-facing terraces.
The site lies between the Red Sea and the Tabuk mountains, with access to outdoor activities on land and water.
These include cycling, diving, hiking, kayaking, snorkelling, stand-up paddleboarding, and trail running.
RSG said the resort is powered entirely by solar energy.
It also supports the destination’s target to deliver a 30% net conservation gain by 2040.
Jayasom AMAALA is the seventh resort to begin operations at AMAALA.
Two further resorts are due to open in the coming months, alongside branded residences, wellness facilities, a marina, retail space, a marine life experiential institute and dining venues.
Red Sea Global group CEO John Pagano said: “As we launch the first Jayasom globally, we are bringing a new dimension to AMAALA’s wellness offering. Its dedicated, all-inclusive wellness retreats combine contemporary, evidence-based practices with Arab and Eastern healing traditions.
“Its personalised approach complements our ambition for AMAALA to become the world’s most comprehensive wellness destination, supporting guests on their long-term health journeys in an exceptional natural environment.”
