
US-based real estate company Hawkins Way Capital has opened the new dual-branded hotel, AC Hotel by Marriott and the Residence Inn Hotel by Marriott, Oakland Downtown in Oakland, California.
Developed by Hawkins Way Capital and operated by FCL Management, the 18-storey dual-branded hotel is close to the city centre, Uptown, Chinatown and Lake Merritt neighbourhoods.
Each room of the AC Hotel includes a king or two double beds, a 50-inch television, a workspace with plug-in choices, a mini-fridge, natural light and views of the San Francisco Bay or the Downtown area.
In addition, guests have access to the AC Guest Market, which is open round-the-clock and provides snacks and beverages.
The Residence Inn Hotel comprises studio and one-bedroom suites, each with an equipped kitchen with a microwave, a hob, a refrigerator, dishes and linens, as well as dining and workplace alternatives.
This dual-branded hotel claims to be suitable for both business and leisure guests and it is situated nine miles from Oakland International Airport.
