Hotel management system developer RoomRaccoon has announced a direct integration with Slowey POS’ Pixelpoint, a point-of-sale (POS) system in Ireland.
This move follows RoomRaccoon’s acquisition of iHotelligence, a sister company of Slowey POS, last month.

The integration claims to revolutionise the hotel industry by providing hoteliers with a unified tech stack, enabling the connection of onsite bars and restaurants to RoomRaccoon’s platform.
This will facilitate a frictionless guest experience, as hoteliers can now automate the process of adding restaurant sales and other ancillary charges to a guest’s room, saving time and reducing the potential for billing errors.
Hoteliers will benefit from this streamlined billing management, as the integration allows for the incorporation of customer receipts into RoomRaccoon’s property management system (PMS), enhancing billing accuracy.
Additionally, the integration improves sales reporting by enabling the extraction of POS reports directly from RoomRaccoon’s Reporting Module, offering a detailed view of sales performance.
