A new ultra-luxury Rosewood hotel is set to open in Chongqing Jiangbeizui International Financial Centre of China in 2030.
Sunac Huacheng Real Estate Development Co has selected hotel operator Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to manage the property.
The hotel will feature 183 rooms as well as 25 suites.
It will boast four dining outlets including a bistro, a living room, a Chinese restaurant and a specialty bar.
Furthermore, Rosewood Chongqing will feature Sense, a Rosewood Spa, a fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool.
It will also offer a 945m2 meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom.

Sunac is developing the mixed-use development, Jiangbeizui International Financial Centre. The design concept of the project includes a cluster of four towers.
Rosewood Chongqing will be located in the 103-floor main tower that will be 470m tall.
Last month, real estate development firm Grupo Sordo Madaleno appointed Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to operate a new hotel set to open in 2024 in the Polanco district of Mexico.
Rosewood currently manages 27 luxury hotels, resorts and residences in 16 countries. It has 25 new properties under development.
