SH Hotels & Resorts, an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, has selected Hudini, a digital transformation platform, to develop a custom mobile app for iOS and Android for its properties, to streamline services. 

These apps are designed for SH Hotels & Resorts’ three distinct brands: 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotel, and Treehouse Hotels.  

With the initiative, SH Hotels & Resorts aims to streamline services and enhance guest experiences using technology. 

The guest-facing app, powered by Hudini’s proprietary middleware engine, supports the entire guest journey from pre-check-in to post-check-out.  

Hudini said the apps integrate key hotel systems to enable personalised services, increased guest engagement, and operational efficiency improvements. 

With the Hudini app, guests can skip the front desk with direct check-in.
