Sonesta International Hotels has further expanded its Royal Sonesta brand portfolio by opening the Royal Sonesta Washington, DC Capitol Hill in the US.

Opened on September 1, 2023, the new hotel is the first luxury hotel to open on Capitol Hill since 1984.

The pet-friendly hotel is situated across from Union Station and near landmarks such as the Capitol and Supreme Court.
