Soothe, a Los Angeles-based on-demand wellness marketplace, has introduced its new business-to-business partner platform for the hospitality industry.

The platform enables spa or non-spa hotels, clubs and premium residential properties to conveniently offer on-demand spa services such as massages, facials as well as nails and lash applications.

For a decade, Soothe has been offering on-demand spa services directly to homes across the world by linking its community of licensed professional providers with customers looking for wellness services at their convenience and flexibility.

With the launch of the new platform, Soothe is now extending this convenience to hotels, spas, clubs and residential properties, thereby allowing them to meet their guests’ demand for wellness services.

Soothe CEO John Ellis said: “Overnight, hotels, spas, clubs and residential properties can enhance their wellness services offering with no additional overhead or fixed staffing costs and they can do so in a way that is true to their brand.

“For boutique hotels, it’s an easy way to offer a premium guest experience and for big hotels, it maximises periods of high demand. It’s a win-win.”

Soothe chief sales officer James Murphy said: “Health and wellness is more important than ever and we are thrilled to help the hospitality industry meet the growing demand for wellness-centric offerings.

“In 2022, we were proud to fill 92% of requested shifts from our spa partners, ultimately helping non-spa and spa properties alike to unlock new revenue streams and improve the guest experience.”

The Soothe partner platform is claimed to have been embraced by more than 100 properties across the luxury hotel brands via its inaugural beta programme.

This platform seamlessly integrates into a partner’s current website and appears as a tailored, branded concierge booking tool for customers.

At the back end, partners will gain access to a pool of thousands of licensed providers who can offer the service on demand.

If the property already provides wellness services via on-site staff, spa managers will be able to make shifts available via Soothe’s platform, thereby enabling partners to boost availability to better cater to their guests.
