stayAPT Suites, a US-based hotel brand offering apartment-style accommodations, has embarked on an expansion drive through a multiunit development agreement with Powerhouse Hotels.

This move will add 30 new locations, broadening the brand’s presence to 25 states in the next five years.

Of these, six new sites are expected to break ground this year.

stayAPT Suites stated that the alliance with Powerhouse Hotels reinforces the market’s confidence in its hotel concept, which focuses on delivering convenience, and value to travellers.

Powerhouse Hotels is a joint venture between JCap Realty Group and Cullinan Holdings.

Launched into the long-term lodging market in January 2020, stayAPT Suites introduced a hotel concept that features suites of more than 500ft².
