Spread across 12 acres, the property features 82 full hook-up RV sites for short and long-term stays, 48 vacation houses for sale, 47 boat docks in three distinct marinas, a heated pool and private poolside cabanas.

The new resort, which combines the San Pedro and Sea Breeze RV resorts together, is the result of the recovery efforts after Hurricane Irma in 2017.

It offers modern amenities including a clubhouse, on-site food and beverages, organised events, a second-level lounge area with an ocean view, a pet walk, community fire pits, laundry services, billiards and water sports rentals.
