Australia-based TFE Hotels has revealed the signing of a new property called Adina Apartment Hotel Chermside in Brisbane.

The WMK-designed hotel is scheduled to open next year.

It is owned by Queensland-based company Limitless Developments.

It will feature 148 rooms and a suite of amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a gym, café/bar, lobby lounge, meetings room, rainwater harvesting capabilities, and hotel car parking.

TFE Hotels group COO Chris Sedgwick said: “The signing of Adina Chermside Brisbane is a significant milestone for TFE Hotels, providing an opportunity for us to expand our Adina footprint from two hotels to three in the powerhouse state of Queensland.

“Adina Chermside brings a renowned, international hotel brand to this important suburb, filling a gap in the accommodation market for the north side of Brisbane and the Prince Charles Hospital. Significantly it also represents an incredible opportunity to expand our footprint to maximise on the incredible decade of transformation that lies ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.”

It will join TFE Hotels’ portfolio of 40 properties across various regions, including recent openings in Melbourne and Geneva.

It will also become a part of Adina-branded properties, joining Adina Apartment Hotel Pentridge Melbourne and Adina Apartment Hotel Geneva, both of which opened last year.

This comes after the company revealed a partnership agreement with Serene Capital in Western Australia last month.
