The Hoya Hotel at Georgetown, is set to open this August at Georgetown University’s Hilltop Campus in Washington, DC.
Located near MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, the property is intended to serve university staff, students, visitors and local residents.

The five-storey structure has been fully renovated and redesigned, covering all guest rooms, public areas, meeting facilities and the addition of a new restaurant.
The hotel will offer 145 guest rooms and suites. The property will also feature more than 13,000ft² of event and meeting space, including a 10,000ft² ballroom.
Additional facilities will include a 24-hour fitness centre, complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site parking.
The hotel’s signature dining venue, Oak & Laurel, is expected to start operations in mid-September.

The Hoya Hotel at Georgetown will be operated by Crestline Hotels & Resorts, an independent hotel management company.
Established in 2000, Crestline currently oversees 110 hotels, resorts and conference centres across 23 US states and the District of Columbia.
Its portfolio includes properties under the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Choice brands, in addition to independent and private-label hotels and conference centres across the US.
