Under the agreement, the company will manage the lodge’s inbound reservation inquiries and phone-based guest communications, relieving front-desk personnel to concentrate on on-property operations.
Travel Outlook president John Smallwood said: “The Ozarker Lodge has created an experience with a very distinct personality, and that makes this an especially exciting partnership for us.
“Our job is to make sure the experience a guest receives on the phone feels like a natural extension of what The Ozarker has created at the property—personal, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable.”
The Ozarker Lodge is a 102-room hotel designed around the concept of a modern American roadside lodge.
On-site outdoor facilities at the property include a heated swimming pool, soaking tubs, and firepits.
The lodge also has a bar and mercantile shop that serves speciality coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as sells branded merchandise and regional artisan goods.
The Ozarker Lodge general manager Christopher Patrick said: “From the moment someone begins planning a trip to Branson, we want their experience with The Ozarker to feel personal, welcoming, and different from what they might expect from a traditional hotel.
“Travel Outlook gives us an extension of our own team that understands hospitality and can help us deliver that experience over the phone while making sure we are there when our guests need us.”
