Trilogy Hotels has entered a management agreement with Panthers Group to oversee operations at the five-star Pullman Sydney Penrith in Australia.

Entailing an A$110m ($71.21m) investment from Panthers Group, the hotel opened in August 2023.

The 153-room property offers a range of amenities, including Marcel Bar & Bistro, Tori Bar, a fitness centre, and six meeting rooms.

It also offers guests access to nearby attractions such as the Evan Theatre, Penrith Whitewater Stadium, the Nepean River, and more.

The hotel is under an existing franchise agreement with hospitality group Accor.

Trilogy Hotels CEO Scott Boyes said: “It’s great to once again work with our partners Accor. The hotel will continue to utilise its exceptional distribution capability, marketing and loyalty programmes, and the iconic global presence of the Pullman brand.”
