Twenty Four Seven Hotels has expanded its portfolio in the West Coast region with four new property additions in California, US.

The new hotels include Hampton Inn & Suites Marina, Holiday Inn Express Chino Hills, Hyatt Place Newark/Silicon Valley and Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown.

All the properties are expected to start operating from December this year.

Twenty Four Seven Hotels CEO David Wani said: “We continue to expand our management footprint throughout California, with these four additions bringing our total Golden State portfolio to 20.

“This also allows for the ability to more readily share best practices and enact economies of scale.”

The Exdev-owned Hampton Inn & Suites Marina hotel will feature 90 guestrooms with Wi-Fi access, oversized workspaces and luxurious bedding.

It will also have an indoor heated pool, a 24-hour fitness centre and separate business and meeting venues.

The Hyatt House property will be a transformation of the three-story historic Eastern Star Hall building in Sacramento.

Owned by Hume Development, the 128-room hotel will include a fitness centre, free Wi-Fi, meeting area and Star Lounge restaurant.

Similar amenities will also be provided at the 112-room, five-story Hyatt Place Newark/Silicon Valley, which includes an indoor pool along with fitness, meeting and business centres.

Meanwhile, the Holiday Inn Express hotel will offer complimentary Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast to its guests, along with other amenities such as, an outdoor pool, a 24/7 fitness centre and a 449ft² of meeting space.
