Vacatia, a provider of solutions for timeshare resorts, has secured a management contract for Fantasy Island Resort in the Daytona Beach Shores of Florida, the US.

This RCI Silver Crown-rated resort will add to Vacatia’s timeshare property network. 

The resort is said to have studio as well as single bedroom units with kitchens, spread over 1,100ft².

The beach amenities of the resort are presently under reconstruction following damage caused by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in 2022. 

The facility will be open during the rebuilding, which will be overseen by the specialists at Vacatia. 

Owners at the resort will gain access to perks offered by Vacatia, such as reduced rental rates at resorts handled by Vacatia and more than 750 rental partners.
