Marjan, a master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, a city in the UAE, has announced the launch of a W Hotel in 2027 on Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates through a collaboration between Marriott International and real estate investment company Dalands Holding.
The W Al Marjan Island hotel will not only be Marriott International’s second hospitality venture on the island, but also W Hotel’s first property in Ras Al Khaimah.

It will bring W Hotel’s bold design and service to the northern emirate.
The hotel will be situated on Marjan’s flagship island, against the backdrop of the Arabian Peninsula and surrounded by the Yanas and Jais Mountains.
Al Marjan Island has 7.8km of sandy beaches and a 23km waterfront. The new hotel will be positioned as a leisure destination and will appeal to globetrotters.

With 300 rooms and suites offering sweeping sea views, it will feature signature spaces such as the WET deck, the W Lounge, the Living Room, AWAY Spa, and the FIT fitness centre, along with retail spaces and three restaurants.
