Choice Hotels International, in association with developer Gold Coast Premier Properties, has opened the WoodSpring Suites Naples in the US.

The four-storey, 123-room hotel is located at 3786 Whitelake Boulevard near Southwest Florida.

Each room is furnished with an in-room kitchen that includes a stove, microwave oven, a full-sized refrigerator and freezer. Additional kitchen items can be accessed at the front-desk.

A 100% smoke-free hotel features three suite layouts and offers an expanded lobby with a coffee station, guest laundry room and vending machine.

The hotel has pet-friendly policies, free basic Wi-Fi and free parking facility.

Choice Hotels International said that the new hotel is the second location opened by the developer. It joins the WoodSpring Suites Miami Southwest that opened in November 2017.

Gold Coast Premier Properties has plans to open more WoodSpring Suites properties and other projects in Florida, including other US states of California, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
