Situated near Kamala Beach in Phuket, the resort runs several food and beverage outlets and required a single platform to manage operations across different service areas.
According to Shiji, use of its platform gives the property a single point of control for menu and price updates, broader operational oversight, and added flexibility in managing seasonal menu revisions and high-volume service periods.
Infrasys POS includes real-time transaction handling, central management of menus and pricing, and links with other hotel systems.
The setup gives teams improved visibility across operations, cuts back on manual work and helps staff deal with busy periods and seasonal changes in demand more efficiently, added the technology vendor.
Shiji Group Singapore and Thailand general manager James Liaw said: “Infrasys POS is designed to support hospitality operations where service is delivered across multiple venues and guest touchpoints.
“By deploying a cloud-based POS platform, Wyndham Garden Phuket Kamala has established a flexible operational foundation that supports efficient service delivery while remaining adaptable to future needs.”
Wyndham Garden Phuket Kamala assistant hotel manager James Yang said: “We required a POS system that could support seamless food and beverage service across the resort without adding complexity for our teams.
“With Infrasys POS, we are able to operate more efficiently across outlets while continuing to deliver the level of service our guests expect.”
