MGM Grand Paradise has selected global hospitality technology provider Shiji to implement its Daylight property management system (PMS) at its flagship resorts in Macao, China, namely MGM Macau and MGM Cotai.
This move is aimed at centralising operations and ensuring smooth integrations across the properties, addressing the demands for stability, functionality, and data security.
Known for its enterprise-grade scalability and cloud-native architecture, Shiji's Daylight PMS is set to enhance guest-oriented offerings at the integrated resorts.
The collaboration bolsters Shiji's presence in Asia's integrated resort market.
Last year, its PMS was selected by other resort groups such as Melco Resorts & Entertainment while Shiji secured the role of preferred PMS provider for Marriott International Management Services’ directly managed and franchised hotels in China.
MGM China Holdings subsidiary MGM Grand Paradise falls under the umbrella of MGM Resorts International, a global hospitality and entertainment company.
The MGM locations, which are set to benefit from the capabilities of the PMS solution, welcome thousands of guests daily.
Shiji's cloud-based portfolio offers a range of solutions encompassing point-of-sale (POS), PMS, guest engagement, payments, distribution, and data intelligence for hotels worldwide.
Earlier this month, Croatian hotel brand Amadria Park adopted Shiji's Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS system to support hotel operations and guest services across its portfolio.
In addition, Jannah Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), integrated Shiji's Enterprise Platform into its operations in February.
