Park Inn Malmo

Rezidor signed a contract with Midroc Property Development (a property builder and developer based in Malmo) to develop the Park Inn Malmo. The hotel opened in January 2011.

The hotel is situated adjacent to the World Trade Centre in Malmo’s Western Harbour, which is one of the city’s fastest growing areas. It also hosts Malmo University and the landmark Turning Torso building.

Accommodation at the Park Inn Malmo

The Park Inn Malmo features 231 guestrooms measuring between 23m² and 25m². The accommodation includes 17 handicap-accessible rooms and 17 connecting rooms for families.

Guestroom amenities include a flatscreen TV, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a chair, a safety deposit box, a work desk and high speed internet access.

Facilities

The Park Inn Malmo has seven meeting rooms covering an area of 170m². The meeting rooms have furniture designed by Kasper Salto and modern audiovisual equipment. They can accommodate up to 60 people.

The hotel has indoor garage parking, which has direct access to the lobby.

The RBG Restaurant Bar and Grill can accommodate up to 140 guests and offers a variety of continental cuisines. The hotel also features the Lobby Lounge Bar.
