Globally, the total confirmed cases of Covid-19 have reached over 34 million with more than 1,014,000 deaths and 23,662,000 recoveries.
The US, India, Brazil and Russia, remain the top four most affected countries in the world.
With more than 6,300,000 confirmed cases, India is fast approaching the number of infections in the US.
India also continues to experience the highest number of daily new cases and daily deaths globally.
International tourism is beginning to open back up in many parts of the World.
Singapore and South Africa have announced that some international tourists will be allowed to enter the countries and certain visitors will not need to self-isolate as long as they test negative for Covid upon arrival.
South Africa was very hard hit by the virus early on and has managed to significantly reduce the number of new infections, however, loosening of restrictions risks upending those efforts.
