Hotel development and management company RHW Hotels has selected ElevenGC, a family of five-star guest computing software, as its business centre computer provider across 15 of its 18 properties in the US.

The company eventually plans to install the system at all of its future projects.

RHW Hotels administration vice-president Bradley Eckenroth said: "One of the most important aspects of buying computers is selecting a business centre computer that works for the guest without issue.

"That comes in handy when they deal with calls ranging from someone with years of IT training or a guest who is not familiar with computers."

RHW properties will have custom-branded guest-facing portals and an easy-to-use interface with ElevenGC software in place, which also helps protect public-use computers.

ElevenGC is being installed at RHW’s Courtyard Colorado Springs South, Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Airport, Residence Inn Scottsdale North, SpringHill Suites Phoenix Glendale Sports & Entertainment District, TownePlace Suites Colorado Springs South.

Eleven’s hotel management software suite includes two key product lines ElevenGC and ElevenOS.

ElevenGC can be deployed in business centres, lobbies, suites, club lounges, and more, where as the cloud-based guest Internet platform ElevenOS manages the online guest experience across multiple devices, locations, and network service providers.
