HOVR has signed a strategic partnership with hospitality management system provider Cloudbeds to enable hotels to enhance their digital experiences.

As part of the arrangement, HOVR’s interactive video product will be offered to Cloudbeds users worldwide.

The collaboration aims to help hotels build more engaging online guest journeys, support booking conversion and generate additional revenue.

HOVR’s system allows hotels to easily add interactive video, user-generated material, destination content, event details and other visual features to websites and booking engine pages.

The company platform also includes analytics to track guest engagement, booking conversion and revenue influenced by HOVR, providing hotels with information on traveller behaviour and buying patterns.

Through the integration, Cloudbeds customers will be able to add these features into the booking process, extending the capabilities of the existing hospitality commerce platform.

Cloudbeds strategic partnerships vice-president Sebastien Leitner said: “By bringing interactive video into the booking journey, our customers can show travellers what makes them different, and convert more of that interest into direct bookings. This is the kind of partner that delivers additional value to our customers while continuing to expand what’s possible through the Cloudbeds platform.”

The companies said that, by linking Cloudbeds’ system with HOVR’s video tools, hotels will be able to present their experiences in a more interactive format and turn more browsers into paying guests.

HOVR CEO Jason Craparo said: “Cloudbeds has built an incredible platform for hoteliers, and together we’re giving hotels an easy way to create richer digital experiences that inspire travellers to book with confidence.

“This partnership is about much more than integrating technology — it’s about giving hoteliers a better way to tell their story, inspire traveller confidence, and turn more shoppers into guests. Together, we’re helping hotels create digital experiences that drive measurable business results.”
