Quadriga has announced the launch of Sensiq Edition, the entry-level version of its established Sensiq guest communications solution, enabling a broader range of hotels to offer an enriched guest experience. Compatible with all major TV brands including Philips, Samsung and LG, Sensiq Edition also offers hotels a technology upgrade path over both Coax and Cat 5 networks.

Sensiq is a multi-media guest communications tool tailored to meet the individual needs of a hotel or brand. Designed to deliver an intuitive TV guest experience, Sensiq allows hotels to offer tailored and relevant multimedia content. It enables them to promote their hotel and services to guests, providing new direct and indirect revenue opportunities and can be bundled with an optional competitively priced internet offering.

Introduced two years ago and now installed in thousands of hotel rooms across Europe, Russia, Africa, India and the US, Sensiq is evolving to meet the changing needs of hotels and their guests. Initially targeted at luxury 4-5 star hotels, Sensiq can now be offered more broadly in a new entry-level offering, with the new Sensiq Edition.

With an increasingly tech-savvy clientele, Sensiq Edition enables a wider range of hotels to offer an intuitive guest TV experience, to access a compelling choice of pre DVD releases entertainment-on-demand and easy access to a wide range of TV channels, displayed in their own language. Powerful promotional tools enable hotels to communicate directly with their guests in their room and drive new revenue opportunities that deliver against specific business objectives. Importantly, with Sensiq Edition hotels have the flexibility to upgrade with additional features and functionality, for example adding powerful new customisation capabilities.

Roger Taylor, CEO at Quadriga explains, "We are delighted to be launching our latest initiative, Sensiq Edition. In the past few years, there has been a shift in expectations, with all hotels needing to cater for a new breed of hotel guest, who is looking for an in-room experience to match what they can enjoy at home. During customer conversations there has been significant interest in this new entry-level version of Sensiq, demonstrating the desire for more hotels to not only bring a new level of entertainment and information experience to guests, but also the need to drive business objectives and deliver new revenue opportunities, while also positioning themselves to benefit from the rapid changes in hotel technology."
