Neorcha has partnered with TIME Hotels to deploy a mobile-based solution that provides a stress-free, fast and efficient check-in experience for guests.

The App, which has been designed with customer convenience in mind, helps hoteliers better meet guest expectations and reduce hotel operating costs by enabling a seamless, fast and efficient online check-in process. The App has now been successfully installed in TIME Oak Hotel & Suites and Time Grand Plaza Hotel in Dubai and will soon be installed in the Time Rako Hotel in Doha.

myCheck-in is able to fully integrate with TIME Hotels’ existing property management system, which is a tremendous benefit for hoteliers as any changes made to guest profiles in myCheck-in are instantly mirrored in their hotel system.

myCheck-in enables hotel staff to devote more attention to guests by creating VIP experiences based on a deeper understanding of guest history and preferences, such as room location, newspaper selection and dietary requirements.
