Apaleo has transitioned all 7,500 rooms of hotel operator citizenM’s operations in the US and Europe to its property management system (PMS) in eight weeks, reported Traveldailynews.com.

The Dutch hotel brand citizenM completed the migration across its properties in 18 cities worldwide.

This rapid deployment was made possible through a collaborative effort between citizenM and Apaleo, focusing on programme management techniques that allowed for simultaneous live launches of multiple sites.

The comprehensive migration from legacy systems to Apaleo’s PMS included every citizenM hotel in key cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Geneva, Glasgow, London, Paris, Rome, and Zurich.
