Hotel chain Bilderberg has selected Mews’ property management system (PMS) to enhance its payments and online check-in rates.
Bilderberg, operated by Event Hotels, has a portfolio of 12 hotels spread across the Netherlands and Germany.

These hotels offer accommodation, as well as venues for weddings and team-building retreats.
Bilderberg’s Groot Heideborgh and Hotel T’ Speulderbos properties in the Netherlands are currently using the Mews PMS system.
The implementation of the PMS system in the remaining ten properties is expected to be completed by March 2024.

The pilot phase included surveying Bilderberg employees to assess their satisfaction with the new PMS.
The team gave Mews a rating of 8.7 out of ten and Mews University a rating of 8.8 out of ten, the company noted. They stated that the system features a user-friendly interface and is easy to use.
The online learning platform enables the Bilderberg team to enhance hospitality skills and knowledge at their own pace, regardless of their prior experience.

Bilderberg has incorporated 11 active integrations through Mews Marketplace, allowing them to customise their technology ecosystem according to their business requirements.
Mews currently offers its services to 5,000 customers spanning more than 85 countries.
In November 2023, Quality Lodgings selected Mews to enhance the guest experience and operations across its portfolio of more than 100 hotels.
