Hospitality operator Bob W has launched its fourth property in Tallinn, strengthening its presence in the Estonian capital while supporting the city’s strategy of attracting more international workers.

Bob W Kesklinn sits in a 32,000 ft² nine-storey building in the Arter Quarter development.

The aparthotel will provide guests with short and long-stay studios, and one, two and three-bedroom apartments. It is Bob W’s fourth aparthotel in Tallinn and sixth property in Estonia.

The new aparthotel incorporates Bob W’s bespoke contactless technology, offering a digital front desk and app for self-service check-in and check-out, supported by 24/7 remote customer service.

Guests will also have access to amenities across the Arter Quarter, including meeting rooms, co-creative areas, a library, courtyards, cafés, eateries and a 5,300ft² rooftop garden on top of the 15-storey building. Other facilities include a sports club with a swimming pool, relaxation pools, saunas, an outdoor terrace, health and beauty services and childcare.

The near-zero energy project includes the use of energy piles that cool the buildings during hotter weather and heat them during colder seasons. Buildings in the Arter Quarter are also connected to a district heating cooling network, a less energy-intensive process than using gas boilers and air conditioning.
