Crestline Hotels & Resorts has added the AC Hotel Portland Downtown/Waterfront in the US state of Maine to its management portfolio.
The addition further bolsters the company’s presence in Portland. Last year, Crestline was selected to manage the Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Waterfront.
Crestline president and CEO James Carroll said: “We are excited to expand our portfolio in Portland where we see a surge in tourism to the region as well as the resumption of business travel.”
The AC Hotel is located two blocks from the Old Port District around 4.9 miles from Portland International Jetport (PWM).
It has 169 guestrooms and nine suites. Every room features 55″ smart TVs, complimentary high-speed Internet access and adjustable reading lamps among others.
Facilities include a fitness centre, four meeting and event rooms with a combined space of 2,696 square feet as well as a kitchen and a lounge. The hotel is pet friendly.
Additionally, the hotel offers guests an unobstructed view of Casco Bay. They can also visit the nearby Old Port District, which is known for its shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

The firm currently manages 126 hotels, resorts, and conference centres in 28 states and the District of Columbia.
In July, Crestline was selected to manage the Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, US.
