Dynamic City Capital (DCC) has acquired Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown/Bayside hotels in the US.

The two hotels were constructed in 2016 and combined to create a 364-key dual-branded campus.

The Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Downtown/Bayside is located in close proximity to Waterfront Park, and the Maritime Museum of San Diego.

It features business centre, 24-hour fitness centre, restaurant, parking spaces for cars in the self-parking facility, swimming pool and rooftop pool.

The hotel also includes 3,024ft2 total event space, four meeting rooms, 204 guest rooms with full-service restaurant and bar along with 1122ft2 of largest room setup.

Hilton Garden Inn is two miles away from San Diego International Airport and the Gaslamp Quarter.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown/Bayside comprises 160 large private suites, all with fully equipped kitchens, three meeting rooms along with 3,057ft2 of total event space.

The hotel is in close proximity to convention centre and the Gaslamp Quarter. It is two blocks from San Diego International Airport (SAN) and less than two miles from downtown.

DCC chief investment officer Ryan Phelps said: “The acquisition of these two properties is well aligned with our strategy of pursuing strong, high-quality, branded hotels in core markets. We are thrilled with this outcome.”

Additionally, the company has selected the hotel management company Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group to operate the two hotels.
