Alibaba Group-owed online travel platform Fliggy has extended its collaboration with online travel agency Agoda to expand hotel options for Chinese outbound travellers.

This will help to collaborate in areas such as digital marketing, overseas hotel supply chain and innovation in accommodation.

Through the expanded partnership, Fliggy consumers will gain access to Agoda and its parent company Booking.com’s 3.6 million international portfolio of hotels, apartments and homes, as well as other options to stay for better deals.

This will help accommodation partners in China to become more visible to travellers.

Additionally, the collaboration will also enable Fliggy to customise and tailor inventory as well as initiatives from Agoda and Booking.com.

Fliggy and Agoda will also use data and technological solutions to share insights to boost the consumer experience and create opportunities to further expand their international travel market presence.
