Family-owned and operated hospitality management company Giri Hotels has selected Stayntouch’s cloud property management system (PMS) to power 12 independent properties.

This collaboration will see Stayntouch’s PMS implemented in 12 of Giri’s independent hotels, encompassing 1,200 rooms throughout Maine, Vermont, and New York.

Managing a diverse range of 56 properties, Giri Hotels claims to have sought a scalable PMS solution that could integrate seamlessly with other platforms such as TravelClick.

The platform aims to consolidate operations, reduce the number of platforms in use, and provide staff with greater flexibility to concentrate on guest services.

According to Stayntouch, the partnership expects to deliver “enterprise-grade” multi-property management and “simplify” operations for Giri’s hotel portfolio.

With Stayntouch’s PMS, Giri expects to automate up to 80% of administrative tasks, which will allow staff to dedicate more time to enhancing guest experiences.

The partnership also claims to offer seamless integration with an array of partners, including Shift4, Toast, Lighthouse, and Amadeus’ suite of products.

The rapid and scalable deployment capabilities of Stayntouch’s cloud PMS are stated to have allowed for the implementation across the 12 properties in under 90 days.

Last month, US-based hotel management company Crestline Hotels & Resorts partnered with Stayntouch with plans to deploy the cloud PMS at four of its independent properties.
