Hilton has unveiled a set of mental well-being resources aimed at supporting its vast global workforce of 450,000 team members and reducing the stigma associated with mental health in the workplace.

These resources, integrated into the Thrive at Hilton platform, will be accessible to team members across both franchised and managed properties.

The new resources aim to simplify access to effective, flexible and inclusive tools that promote mental well-being. Hilton team members will be able to find support for various aspects of their mental health, including burnout, time management, financial well-being, stress management, grief and loss.

This expansion marks the first time such resources will be available to franchise populations and will be accessible globally in nine languages.

The resources are designed to be multi-modal, offering immediate assistance when needed or the option to engage in longer-term well-being and coping skill-building.
