Hilton has unveiled a set of mental well-being resources aimed at supporting its vast global workforce of 450,000 team members and reducing the stigma associated with mental health in the workplace.
These resources, integrated into the Thrive at Hilton platform, will be accessible to team members across both franchised and managed properties.
