
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed an agreement with Jeswani Group of Companies for its first hotel under the Ginger brand in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
Located in the city centre, the new 100-key hotel is a Greenfield project and is planned to be designed to provide a contemporary, vibrant and seamless hospitality experience to the guests.
Guests can enjoy a broad range of culinary options at the signature all-day-diner Qmin.
Jeswani Group of Companies managing director Ramchand Jeswani said: “We are excited to be associated with IHCL, India’s leading hospitality company. This will be the first Ginger hotel in the city of Kolhapur.”
The new hotel also boasts meeting rooms along with a well-equipped fitness centre.
It is situated at a short driving distance from the Kolhapur Airport and important commercial districts.

“Well known for its tourism potential and an established commercial hub, Kolhapur is one of the leading cities in the state of Maharashtra. We are delighted to partner with Jeswani Group for this Ginger hotel.”
With the new addition, the company will now have 31 hotels in Maharashtra, including 11 hotels which are currently under development.
