IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed management agreement with Satyadeo Hospitality for first voco brand hotel in India.

The agreement will see the existing Corbet Aamond Spa & Resort being rebranded to voco..

Besides featuring 100 rooms, Voco Jim Corbett will house an outdoor pool, a gymnasium, a spa beyond, an all-day dining restaurant and a bar.

The property will also also have indoor and outdoor banqueting spaces for corporate and leisure guests.

Voco Jim Corbett is located close to the railway station and the airport in Pantnagar town in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

Its location also offers convenient access to all major tourist destinations in the area.

The new signing marks IHG’s debut of its seventh brand in the Indian market.

The hotel is scheduled to be rebranded by July 2024.

Currently, IHG operates a network of 44 hotels across five brands in SWA, with 37 more hotels due to open in the next two-three years.

Last month, IHG signed agreement to debut its Vignette Collection and voco brands in Hungary next year.
