Economy extended-stay hotel brand LivAway Suites has initiated construction on a new hotel in Renton, marking its second location in Washington, US.
Strategically located minutes from SeaTac International Airport and downtown Seattle, the new LivAway Suites in Renton will situated between the Boeing factory and offices, the newly constructed Topgolf complex, and The Landing shopping centre.

In the last nine months, the company started work on six developments. It plans to initiate the construction of two additional locations in the coming month.
“The Renton area is home to the expansive Boeing 737 factory, which provides a need for hospitality options like LivAway Suites,” said company CEO Mike Nielson.
“Renton has such a robust and diverse workforce, and we are thrilled to offer them the experience they deserve via our latest LivAway Suites location.
