The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort in South Carolina has completed a $26m renovation.
Situated along the state shoreline, the resort began its extensive refurbishment in August 2022.

The series of upgrades spanned from the front entrance to the guestrooms and courtyard.
This marks the first refurbishment project since March 2015, when the new pool complex, featuring two family pools, an adult pool, and a kids’ splash pad, was redesigned.

The design team drew inspiration from the Lowcountry’s flora and fauna, incorporating local architectural elements such as the haint blue porch ceilings into the interior design.
The updated guestrooms now feature a blend of traditional and transitional furnishings in ocean blue and green hues.
Meanwhile, the suite balconies have been redesigned to feature new sliding glass doors and railings.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a reimagined front entrance, complete with landscaping and subtle lighting.
The lobby has been transformed into an open-air space.
The courtyard showcases the renovation’s attention to detail and craftsmanship with new furnishings, lighting, and landscaping.
It offers guests access to enjoy yard games, fire pits, and comfortable seating areas, all set against a backdrop of Southern coastal colours.
The courtyard, adorned with twinkle lights, serves as a setting well into the evening and doubles as a premier wedding and event venue, accommodating up to 150 guests.
Last December, Omni Hotels & Resorts partnered with Groups360 for the extension of GroupSync Instant Booking services across all Omni Hotels properties in the US and Canada.
This extension is intended to enable event organisers to easily reserve group guest rooms online via GroupSync, streamlining the process of requesting proposals for group bookings.
