
The branded real estate development and hospitality operating company Paligroup has opened its 15th Palisociety hotel in San Diego, California.
Palisociety acquires, develops, owns and operates hotels and residences. The company’s brands, development and operational expertise also include specialised retail spaces, restaurants, bars and event venues.
The company has so far developed more than two million square feet of real estate including rental, for sale, mixed-use and hospitality properties.
The Palihotel San Diego building has 11 storeys with 122 rooms. It dates back to 1912 and was formerly known as the St James Hotel.
The room types available are queen, king, suite and ADA-accessible (equipped according to the Americans with Disabilities Act).
It features a new restaurant, the Saint James French Diner, a private events space and a guest-exclusive roof deck featuring city and harbour-wide views.
