Radisson Hotel Group has introduced its Radisson Blu brand to Barcelona, Spain with the opening of a property nearby the historical Sagrada Família.

Located in Gràcia district, Radisson Blu 1882 Hotel, Barcelona Sagrada Familia is situated just 2km away from tourist attraction, Parc Güell. It also offers quick access to Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça de Catalunya.

The renovated property features 182 rooms, available in standard, superior, premium, premium deluxe, and family category.

Interiors of the hotel’s common areas were designed by interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán.

Radisson Blu 1882 Hotel, Barcelona Sagrada Familia boasts four restaurants and bars, including Restaurant El Bosc, El Bosc Terrace Bar, Bobò Bar, and El Cel Bar.

Other guest amenities include 120m2 corporate meeting and event space for up to 120 people, 64 underground parking spaces and a fitness centre.

The opening of Radisson Blu 1882 Hotel, Barcelona Sagrada Familia highlights the group’s plans to expand in Spain and strengthen its presence in the country.

It follows after Radisson announced the signing of a new hotel in February this year.
