The first Radisson Collection hotel has been opened in Brussels, Belgium, following a transformation of the facility with significant investment to upgrade the former Radisson Blu Royal Hotel.

Radisson Hotel Group renovated and redesigned 128 rooms and public spaces in partnership with architecture firm Rafael de La Hoz.

The Radisson Collection Hotel, Grand Place Brussels features two restaurants, 18 contemporary meeting spaces, an executive lounge, a presidential suite, and a fitness centre.

Radisson Hotel said famed for its glass-crowned, seven-storey atrium and post-modernist architecture, the new design harks back to the hotel’s opening in 1989.

Radisson Collection is part of Radisson Hotel Group, which also includes Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

Together with the opening of hotel in Brussels, Radisson Hotel Group has also launched its new Hybrid Solutions incorporating Hybrid Rooms and Hybrid Meetings.

In May 2020, the Group collaborated with SGS on the implementation of the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol to ensure highest hygiene standards.
